• Iron inside out on low heat. Do not iron directly over printed graphics.

In-stock items, including sale and reworked pieces, are usually dispatched within 1–3 working days.

MADE TO ORDER

Some PANCHEEWA pieces are hand screen-printed especially for you. These take a little longer to prepare.

Estimated production and dispatch times are listed on individual product pages.

DELIVERY TIMES

Once dispatched, estimated delivery times are:

• UK: 2–5 working days

• International: 3–15 working days

All orders are shipped via Royal Mail. You'll receive a dispatch confirmation by email once your order is on its way.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

RETURNS

Changed your mind? No problem.

Email info@pancheewa.com within 14 days of receiving your order, with your order number and reason for return.

Items must be returned unworn, unwashed and in their original condition, apart from trying them on.

Return shipping is arranged and paid for by the customer. Please send your return within 14 days of contacting us. We recommend using a tracked service.

Once your return arrives and has been checked, your refund will be sent back to your original payment method, including standard delivery costs where applicable.

MADE TO ORDER

Most PANCHEEWA pieces are hand screen-printed to order. Please check the product description for production and dispatch times before purchasing.

Custom or personalised pieces cannot be returned for a change of mind.

SALE & REWORKED

Sale, archive and reworked pieces can be returned under the same conditions above. Please check product descriptions carefully, especially for one-of-one and intentionally distressed items.

FAULTY OR WRONG ITEM?

If we've sent you the wrong item or something arrives damaged or faulty, email info@pancheewa.com with your order number and photos where possible. We'll sort it out.
